Norwegian EOC middle selection race (2018-04-07)

Felt OK at start but legs a bit heavy following 2 weeks without running due to a foot injury

Started ok but felt what I thought was my foot twitching on the way to 2 and thought about stopping. Made a mistake on the way to 3 (+1min) thinking about my foot but got into it after that. Pretty good section then caught 2mins by Jo F.I at 17. Then the speed was faster but with a smal mistake at 19, routechoice error on 22 then larger mistake at 25 after we caught Peter.

Pretty happy with the race given its my first race, hopefully can get used to running in terrain over the next weeks and run a bit faster. Think the twinging in my foot is ok as I fet it in both feet, could be the ankle reaction to running in terrain.
