Bækkelaget ointerval loop1 (19.07.2018)

Eventually 3x3km loops super long a tough session. Here is the first loop, ran quite well though pulled off line to 5 then ran along an animal track which was quite good. Small routechoice error at the end. But pretty happy.

Become pretty cooked on next 2x3km loops and had forgotton to take water. A good tough training session in the bank.
