Bra gjennomført. Litt dårlig fokus til 3. og til 9. ga små tidstap. Ble veldig sliten på slutten. Tungt å løpe i den frosne mosen, og intervallene fra i går satt i låra. Uansett godt fornøyd med gjennomføringa!
